Pursuant to the case management held on 30 January 2026, the parties informed the Court that the terms of the Consent Judgment have yet to be finalised and requested additional time to complete the same. Accordingly, the Court has converted the trial previously fixed for 10 February 2026 into a case management for the purpose of recording the Consent Judgment.
