On behalf of the Board of Directors of TP TEC, DWA Advisory Sdn Bhd wishes to announce that the Company proposes to undertake a bonus issue of 250,000,000 new ordinary shares in TP TEC ("TP TEC Shares") ("Bonus Shares") on the basis of 1 Bonus Share for every 1 existing TP TEC Share held on an entitlement date to be determined and announced later ("Proposed Bonus Issue").
