Unless otherwise defined, terms used in this announcement shall carry the same meanings as those given to them in the announcements dated 13 March 2025, 17 March 2025, 2 April 2025, 26 September 2025 and 19 January 2026 in relation to the Proposed Transfer of Listing.
 

On behalf of the Board, M&A Securities wishes to announce that the Company has received the letter from Securities Commission Malaysia, which has resolved to approve the Company’s resultant equity structure pursuant to the Proposed Listing under the Bumiputera equity requirement for public listed companies, subject to Manforce allocating shares equivalent to 12.5% of its enlarged number of issued shares upon listing to Bumiputera investors to be approved by MITI. In addition, Manforce is to make available at least 50% of the shares offered to the Malaysian public investors via balloting to Bumiputera public investors.
