We refer to the earlier announcements dated 24 February 2021 and 9 August 2024 in relation to the acquisition of one hundred and twenty six (126) units of serviced apartments at ANTARA @ Genting Highlands.

The Board of Directors of Kanger wishes to announce that Kantara Sdn. Bhd. (Registration No. 202201027113 (1472810-M)) ("Kantara" or "the Vendor"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company had entered into a Sale and Purchase Agreement ("SPA") dated 5 February 2026 with Pioneer Resources Development Sdn. Bhd. (Registration No. 202201021303 (1467000-X)) ("Pioneer Resources" or "the Purchaser") for the purpose of disposing of twenty-three (23) units in Block A of ANTARA @ Genting Highlands for a total consideration of RM25,930,500.00 (the "Consideration") ("Proposed Disposal").
