The Board of Directors of Teladan (“Board”) is pleased to announce that Riverwell Resources Sdn. Bhd. (“RRSB”), an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, has on 6 February 2026, entered into a Strategic Co-Operation Agreement (“SCOA”) with Melaka Corporation (“MCORP”) to develop, promote and facilitate the sale of vacant lots within two (2) pieces of leasehold land, measuring approximately 49.26 hectares in total, held under PN 30156, Lot 4674 and PN 71013, Lot 14719, Mukim Ayer Panas, District of Jasin, State of Melaka (collectively, the “Project Land”), for a project known as the German Technology Park (“Project”).
