On behalf of the Board, M & A Securities wishes to announce that Bursa Securities had vide its letter dated 9 February 2026, informed that after taking into consideration the relevant facts and circumstances, Bursa Securities has resolved to grant SCBUILD/0109 an extension of time as well as further extension of time until 31 March 2026 to comply with Rule 9.32(1)(a) of the Listing Requirements pertaining to the submission of the combined Circular.
