OFFERING OF UP TO 25,000,000 EUROPEAN-STYLE NON-COLLATERALISED CASH SETTLED CALL WARRANTS OVER ORDINARY SHARES OF MR D.I.Y. GROUP (M) BERHAD ("MRDIY") ("MRDIY-C59")

We are pleased to announce the proposed issue by MCSM of up to 25,000,000 European-style non-collateralised cash settled call warrants over ordinary shares of MRDIY by way of market making.


The MRDIY-C59 is to be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.


The MRDIY-C59 is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 12 September 2025. The MRDIY-C59 is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 30 September 2025. The obligations of MCSM under MRDIY-C59 are guaranteed by Macquarie Financial Limited pursuant to the Guarantee Deed Poll dated 12 September 2025.
