We refer to the announcements dated 11 August 2025, 22 December 2025 and 7 January 2026 in relation to the Acquisitions (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcements shall apply herein.
On behalf of the Board, M&A Securities wishes to announce that the DASB and ARHSB had on 10 February 2026, mutually agreed to extend the SPA 2 Conditional Period (as defined in the SPA 2) for the Acquisition of KS Land for an additional one (1) calendar month up to 10 March 2026.
