The Board of Directors of TechStore is pleased to announce that Tech-Store Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. (“TSM”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company had on 10 February 2026 accepted the Letter of Award (“LOA”) from KEMENTERIAN DALAM NEGERI (“KDN”) for the contract titled "Perkhidmatan Naik Taraf Sistem Rekod Jabatan Pendaftaran Negara Putrajaya”, at a total consideration of Ringgit Malaysia Fifty-Four Million Seven Hundred Eighty-Seven Thousand Four Hundred Forty-Six and Forty Sen (RM54,787,446.40) only (“Contract Sum”). The contract period would be sixty (60) months from 8 July 2026. 

TSM is principally engaged in the business of the distribution and provision of professional project contracting services relating to software and hardware for security and Information and Communication Technology (“ICT”) products.

Risk Factors

There are no foreseeable significant risks other than operational risk associated with the LOA during the contract period.

Financial Effects

Barring any unforeseen circumstances, the LOA is expected to contribute positively towards the future earnings of TechStore and its subsidiaries (“TechStore Group”) for the duration of the LOA and will not have any effect on the share capital and substantial shareholders’ shareholdings of TechStore Group.

Interest of Directors, Major Shareholders and/or Person Connected

None of the Directors and/or major shareholders and/or any person connected to them has any interest, either direct or indirect, in the LOA.

Directors’ Statement

The Board of Directors, after due consideration, is of the opinion that the LOA is in the best interest of the TechStore Group. The LOA is being entered into in the ordinary course of business and is not subject to the shareholders’ approval.
