Reference is made to CCB’s announcements dated 19 October 2023, 27 December 2023, 10 January 2024 and 7 November 2024 (“the Announcements”) Unless otherwise stated, the definitions used in this announcement shall carry the same meanings as defined in the Announcements. The Board of Directors of CCB wishes to announce that pursuant to the case management on 10 February 2026, the trial has been rescheduled to 14 and 15 September 2026. Accordingly, the previous trial dates of 23 to 27 March 2026 have been vacated. The Company will make the necessary announcement as and when there are material developments in relation thereto.
