Pursuant to Paragraph 10.09(2)(e) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Company wishes to announce that the following recurrent related party transactions (“the said RRPT”) that were approved by the Company’s shareholders at the Company’s 61st Annual General Meeting held on 7 May 2025, has exceeded the estimated value for the said RRPT as disclosed in the Circular to Shareholders dated 8 April 2025 (“Circular”) by more than 10%:
