Reference is made to the Company’s announcements dated 12 September 2025 and 12 January 2026 in relation to the Disposals. Unless otherwise stated, the words and abbreviations used herein shall have the same meanings as defined in the said announcements.
On behalf of the Board, TA Securities wishes to announce that all the conditions precedent as set out in the SPA dated 12 September 2025 in relation to the Disposals have been fulfilled in accordance with the terms of the SPA and accordingly, the SPA has become unconditional on 11 February 2026.
The Board further wishes to announce that the Disposals have been completed on 11 February 2026 following the fulfilment of the conditions precedent in accordance with the terms of the SPA.
