All defined terms used herein shall have the same meaning as those defined in the Prospectus dated 12 February 2026 issued by OGX Group Berhad ("OGX").

Applications will be accepted from 10.00 a.m. on 12 February 2026 and will close at 5.00 p.m. on 2 March 2026.

If there is any changes to this timetable, OGX will advertise a notice of the change in a widely circulated English and Bahasa Malaysia daily newspaper within Malaysia, and will make an announcement of such changes on Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad's website accordingly.
