Pursuant to Paragraph 10.12 of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”), the Board of Directors of CAB wishes to announce that the aggregate value transacted of the RRPTs entered into between CAB and/or its subsidiaries (“CAB Group”) with Desa Plus Sdn Bhd (“DP”), DP’s subsidiaries and/or DP’s related companies, for the period from 28 November 2025 to 10 February 2026 has exceeded the percentage ratio of 1% of CAB Group’s net assets based on the Audited Financial Statements for the financial year ended 30 September 2025.
