Further to the announcement made on 15 May 2023, the Board of Directors of the Company wishes to inform that Grand Dynamic Builders Sdn Bhd (“GDBSB”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, was informed by its solicitors that the Honourable High Court has entered judgment today in favour of GDBSB, the Plaintiff, and against the KSK Land Sdn Bhd (in liquidation), the Defendant as follows:

(i) The Claimed Sum of RM102,076,171.93 to be payable by the Defendant to the Plaintiff,

(ii) Interest at the rate of 5% per annum on RM93,393,742.77 from the date of judgment until the date of the full and final settlement; and

(iii) Costs of RM80,000.00 payable by the Defendant to the Plaintiff.
