The Board of Directors of Wawasan (“the Board”) wishes to announce that Wawasan Dengkil Sdn. Bhd. (“WDSB”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, had on 13 February 2026 accepted the letter of award dated 6 February 2026 (“LOA”) awarded by Gamuda Engineering Sdn. Bhd. (“GESB”) for construction and completion of external works (Road and Landscape Works) for Hyperscale Data Centre at Eco Business Park V, Puncak Alam, Selangor, SGW1A & 2A: Shell and Core (“the Subcontract Works”).
