Unless otherwise stated, the definitions used in this announcement shall carry the same meaning as those defined in the Information Memorandum dated 30 December 2025 issued by Whitman Holdings Berhad.

The listing and quotation of the entire share capital of Whitman Holdings Berhad comprising 200,000,000 ordinary shares on the LEAP Market of Bursa Securities is implemented by way of introduction and does not entail any fund-raising nor issuance of new securities in conjunction therewith. As such, the dates for opening, closing and balloting of application as well as allotment of shares are not applicable.
