Further to the announcement made on 22 January 2026 in respect of the variation between the aggregated actual value of RRPT and aggregated estimated value of RRPT by 10% or more, the Board of Directors of TMK wishes to announce that the aggregated actual value of the RRPT between TMK Group and RCL Industrial Products Pte Ltd has further exceeded the aggregated estimated value of the RRPT disclosed in the Circular to Shareholders dated 28 April 2025 by more than ten percent (10%). The details of the variation are as described in the attachment.
