The Company wishes to inform that on 12 February 2026 was scheduled for Case Management (CM) of Application 279 by way of e-review before the Deputy Registrar. During CM, the Applicants’ solicitors updated the Registrar on the transfer application filed in PW745 which is now fixed for CM via e-review on 10 March 2026.
Solicitors for the opposing creditors requested for a hearing date to be fixed. The Applicants’ solicitors requested for another CM date to be fixed to update the Court on the status of the transfer application in PW745 and the Registrar scheduled the CM date on 24 February 2026.
