The Board of Directors of Mynews Holdings Berhad wishes to announce that the Company intends to seek the approval of its shareholders for renewal of existing mandate for recurrent related party transactions of a revenue or trading nature at the forthcoming Thirteenth Annual General Meeting ("13th AGM") of the Company.

The existing mandate approved by the Company's shareholders at the previous Twelfth Annual General Meeting held on 25 March 2025 will lapse at the conclusion of the forthcoming 13th AGM of the Company, unless authority for its renewal is obtained from the shareholders at the aforesaid 13th AGM.

A Circular to shareholders containing information on the above proposals will be issued to shareholders in due course.
