The Board of Directors of GDB (“Board”) wishes to announce that GDB Development Sdn. Bhd. (“GDBDSB” or “Purchaser”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, had on 13 February 2026 entered into separate sale and purchase agreements (“SPA” or collectively known as “SPAs”) with Mighty Metaverse Sdn. Bhd. [Registration No. 202201022018 (1467715-V)] (“MMSB” or “Vendor 1”), Borneo 1 Stop Business Services Sdn. Bhd. [Registration No. 201901023879 (1333208-A)] (“Borneo 1” or “Vendor 2”) and Sport Pavillion Sendirian Berhad [Registration No. 200401030500 (669008-D)] (“SPSB” or “Vendor 3”) for the acquisition of three (3) parcels of land measuring approximately 21,926 square metres in total, all situated in the State of Sarawak (“Lands”) for a total cash consideration of RM32.72 million only (“Purchase Price”) (“Proposed Land Acquisitions”).

The Vendor 1, Vendor 2 and Vendor 3 are collectively referred to as “Vendors”.
