Reference is made to the announcements dated 9 February 2026 and 12 February 2026 in respect of the aforesaid matter. ("Announcements") (Unless otherwise stated, the words and abbreviations used herein shall have the same meaning as those defined in the Announcements.) The Board wishes to provide clarification and further information on the Announcements: 1. For avoidance of doubt, the concession assets do not include any real estates. 2. While the exact utilisation of RM89,257,981.56 has yet to be determined, we estimate 70% to be used for repayment of group borrowings and 30% to be used for the group’s general working capital.
