Mr. Yew June Dee ("Darryl Yew") is a seasoned finance professional with over a decade of experience in the field of finance, following his roles across listed and multinational organisations where he led group level financial management, corporate planning, and financial reporting, strengthened governance and internal controls, and supported management in delivering timely financial close and stakeholder reporting. During his tenure, he has worked across a broad range of operating environments and business models, with exposure to diverse sectors including technology and digital services, public sector oriented operations, automotive and consumer businesses, and energy, and he has supported corporate execution matters including financial due diligence, transaction evaluation, corporate exercises, and capital management workstreams.
His proficiency also extends to having a strong grasp of International Financial Reporting Standards and other applicable reporting frameworks, together with familiarity with listing related disclosure expectations and various aspects of corporate finance such as fundraising activities, restructuring execution, and capital management workstreams. |
