Pursuant to Chapter 9, Part J, Paragraph 9.19(46) and Part H of Appendix 9A of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Board of Directors of I-Berhad (“Board”) wishes to announce that the Board had approved the incorporation of the fair value loss, net of deferred tax arising from the revaluation of the Investment Properties of the Group and its associated company of approximately RM1.84 million in the unaudited consolidated financial statements of I-Berhad for the financial year ended 31 December 2025.
