In respect of the financial year ended 31 December 2025, a final single-tier dividend amounting to approximately RM16.7 million, representing approximately 30% of the Group's post tax profit has been proposed by the Directors for shareholders' approval at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting. The Dividend per Ordinary Share shall take into account the potential additional number of RCULS that may be converted up to the entitlement date. The payment and entitlement dates will be announced at a later date. |
