We refer to the announcements made on 19 December 2025, 6 January 2026, 29 January 2026, 13 February 2026 and 16 February 2026 in relation to the Share Consolidation (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcements shall apply herein.

 

 

CRG wishes to inform that its Directors and Substantial Shareholders have confirmed receipt of their respective entitlements as shareholders of the Company pursuant to the Share Consolidation as set out below. There were no changes to their percentage shareholdings in the Company before and after the Share Consolidation, save for the corresponding adjustments to the number of shares pursuant to the Share Consolidation.
