Unless stated otherwise, the terms used herein shall carry the same meaning as those defined in the earlier announcements in relation to the Proposed Bonus Issue of Warrants.

We refer to the earlier announcements dated 26 January 2026 and 9 February 2026 in relation to the Proposed Bonus Issue of Warrants.

On behalf of the Board, UOBKH wishes to announce that Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") had, vide its letter dated 23 February 2026, resolved to approve the following:-

i. Admission to the Official List and listing and quotation of up to 245,279,000 Warrants to be issued pursuant to the Proposed Bonus Issue of Warrants; and

ii. Listing and quotation of up to 245,279,000 new Steel Hawk Shares to be issued arising from the exercise of the Warrants.

The approval granted by Bursa Securities for the Proposed Bonus Issue of Warrants is subject to the following conditions:-

i. UOBKH and Steel Hawk must fully comply with the relevant provisions under the ACE Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities ("Listing Requirements") pertaining to the implementation of the Proposed Bonus Issue of Warrants;

ii. UOBKH to inform Bursa Securities upon the completion of the Proposed Bonus Issue of Warrants;

iii. UOBKH to furnish Bursa Securities with a written confirmation of its compliance with the terms and conditions of Bursa Securities' approval once the Proposed Bonus Issue of Warrants is completed;

iv. The Warrants and the new ordinary shares to be issued arising from the exercise of the Warrants pursuant to the Proposed Bonus Issue of Warrants, to any persons whose Shares are subject to a moratorium pursuant to Rule 3.19(1) of the Listing Requirements, shall be subject to the same moratorium; and

v. Steel Hawk to furnish Bursa Securities on a quarterly basis a summary of the total number of shares listed pursuant to the exercise of Warrants as at the end of each quarter together with a detailed computation of listing fees payable.
