The Board of Directors ("the Board") of OpenSys (M) Berhad ("OpenSys" or "the Group") wishes to announce that the Group delivered a resilient performance for the fourth quarter ended 31 December 2025 (4Q2025), supported by stable contributions from both the Hardware and Solutions and Services segments.

The Group recorded revenue of RM25.54 million in 4Q2025 (4Q2024: RM23.46 million), representing an 8.9% year-on-year increase. Profit before tax rose by 30.1% to RM4.33 million (4Q2024: RM3.33 million), reflecting improved margins and disciplined cost management.

The Board declared a first interim dividend of 0.45 sen per share for the financial year ending 31 December 2026.
