Reference is made to the Previous Announcements. The Board of Directors of Mega Fortris Berhad (the “Company”) wishes to announce that during the case management on 10 February 2026, the Court directed for a further case management to be held on 27 February 2026 for the provision of directions on the Company’s Security for Costs and Striking Out Applications.
