Reference is made to the Company’s earlier announcements dated 9 June 2025, 26 June 2025, 7 August 2025 and 21 January 2026 in relation to the Originating Summons No.WA-24NCC-289-05/2025 ("Summons") served by Lau King Yew ("the Plaintiff") against Tan Yuh Pei ("First Defendant"), Koh Kean Mum ("Second Defendant"), and the Company ("Third Defendant").

The Board of Directors of Onetech wishes to inform that the Plaintiff has filed an appeal to the Court of Appeal of Malaysia against the decision of the Honourable Judge Elaine Yap Chin Gaik, given at High Court of Malaya at Kuala Lumpur on 21 January 2026.

The Court has fixed the matter for case management (e-review) on 18 May 2026.

The Company is not expected to have any loss arising from the litigation at this juncture save for the legal cost and expenses connected to this matter.

Further announcement on the development of the above matter will be made to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad in due course.
