Pursuant to Rule 8.25 and Guidance Note 4 of the ACE Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Listing Requirements”), we wish to announce that the aggregate amount of financial assistance provided by the Company’s wholly owned subsidiary, HHRG Capital Sdn Bhd (“HHRG Capital”), a licensed moneylending company, pursuant to its ordinary course of moneylending business as at 31 December 2025 is as set out below:

The provision of financial assistance as set out above has no significant impact on the net assets and earnings per share of HHRG Group for the financial period ended 31 December 2025.

The details of the provision of financial assistance by HHRG Capital pursuant to the Listing Requirements are set out in the attachment.
