Reference is made to the initial abridged prospectus on 1 August 2022 in relation to the Proposed Rights Issue with Warrants ("Abridged Prospectus") and the Company's announcement dated 10 February 2025 in relation to the notification on extension of time of the utilisation of proceeds of the Proposed Rights Issue with Warrants. Unless otherwise stated, all terms used herein shall have the same meaning as those previously defined in the Abridged Prospectus.

The Board wishes to announce that the Company has resolved to extend the timeframe for utilisation of the gross proceeds from the Proposed Rights Issue with Warrants for a further period of eighteen (18) months until 28 August 2027. 

The Company had previously extended the timeframe for the utilisation of the gross proceeds for the Proposed Rights Issue with Warrants until 28 February 2026. However, in order to facilitate ETA and its subsidiaries' ("ETA Group" or the "Group") business expansion plans, the Group is seeking a further eighteen (18) months extension of time.
