On behalf of the Board of Directors of Radium ("Board"), UOB Kay Hian (M) Sdn Bhd (formerly known as UOB Kay Hian Securities (M) Sdn Bhd) ("UOBKH") wishes to announce that the Company proposes to undertake a proposed diversification of the existing principal activities of Radium and its subsidiaries ("Radium Group" or the "Group") to include hospital development and operations, general medical services and related healthcare activities (collectively, the "Healthcare Business") ("Proposed Diversification").
