Pursuant to Rule 8.25(1)(ii) and Guidance Note 4 of the ACE Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Board of Directors of TFP wishes to announce that the aggregate amount of financial assistance provided by its 96% owned indirect subsidiary, Justcall Corporation Sdn. Bhd., a licensed moneylending company pursuant to its ordinary course of business as at 31 December 2025 as set out below:-

The provision of financial assistance as set out above have no significant impact on the net assets and earnings per share of TFP Group for the quarter ended 31 December 2025.
