On behalf of the Board of Directors of the Company, CIMB Investment Bank Berhad (“CIMB”) wishes to announce that CIMB and Asia Equity Research Sdn Bhd have submitted an application to the Securities Commission Malaysia under paragraph 1.12 of the Rules on Take-overs, Mergers and Compulsory Acquisitions, to seek approval for the extension of time from March 2, 2026 to March 9, 2026 to despatch the scheme documents, including the independent advice letter.
