Reference is made to the Company's announcements dated 25 November 2024, 27 February 2025, 29 May 2025, 4 September 2025 and 24 November 2025 ("Announcements"). Unless otherwise stated, all definitions and terms used in this announcement shall have the same meaning as defined in the Announcements.

The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that on 24 February 2026, AppAsia International Sdn. Bhd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company and the Philippine Insititute of Certified Public Accountants had mutually agreed to renew the Memorandum of Understanding ("MOU") in relation to the collaboration in respect of the implementation of an electronic bank confirmation platform known as "eConfirm", specifically designed to facilitate and streamline the audit process for both auditors and financial institution, in the Philippines. 

The renewed MOU shall continue for a duration of twelve (12) months with effect from 24 February 2026 ("Initial Term") and will be automatically renewed annually upon expiry of the Initial Term

Save for the renewal, all other terms and conditions in the MOU remain unchanged.
