The Board of Directors of Star Media wishes to inform that the Company intends to seek its shareholders' approval for the renewal of shareholders’ mandate to purchase its own shares up to ten percent (10%) of its issued and paid-up capital (“the Proposal”) at the forthcoming 54th Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company.
A Statement to Shareholders pertaining to the Proposal will be issued to shareholders together with the Notice of 54th AGM of the Company.
