Pursuant to the case managements held on 10 February 2026 and 23 February 2026, the Company wishes to announce the following developments in relation to the civil suit:

1. Consent Judgment with 1st to 6th Defendants
   A consent judgment has been recorded between the Company and the 1st to 6th Defendants whereby the 2nd to 6th Defendants shall jointly and/or severally pay the Company a total settlement sum of RM5,000,000 in full and final settlement of the Company’s claims, to be fully settled within three (3) years from the date of the Consent Judgment.
2. Withdrawal against 7th and 8th Defendants
   The Company has withdrawn its claims against the 7th and 8th Defendants with liberty to file afresh and with no order as to costs.
3. Withdrawal against 9th Defendant
   Both the Company’s claim against the 9th Defendant and the 9th Defendant’s counterclaim were withdrawn without liberty to file afresh. Costs of RM15,000 were awarded to the 9th Defendant.

Following the above, the matter has been concluded and there are no further court dates or directions. The remaining obligation relates to the 2nd to 6th Defendants’ compliance with the payment terms under the consent judgment.
