Mr Ang Yoke Kee ("Mr Ang") has an extensive leadership experience in strategy, investment, business transformation and operational excellence, across diverse industries, covering M&A, post-merger integration,  digital innovation and international stakeholder management.  

Mr Ang currently serves as the Managing Director of Pedigree Investment Corporation Pte. Ltd., a family office investment company licensed by the Monetary Authority of Singapore since 2021.

From 2022 to 2025, he served as Director for Southeast Asia at Kuok Group (Singapore), where he drove business growth in the region, navigate cross-border complexities  and oversaw  stakeholder and government relations across key sectors, including hyperscale digital infrastructure, clean/renewable energy, maritime and real estate, among others.  

In 2018, Mr Ang was appointed by the Ministry of Finance Malaysia as Group Chief Operating Officer (Strategy & Transformation) of Prasarana Malaysia Berhad, where he led the business turnaround and transformation of the government-owned public transport infrastructure and operational company. He oversaw multiple key departments, and held several directorships on its subsidiary boards. 

In 2003, he joined McKinsey & Company, where he was involved predominantly in post-merger integration. He later transitioned into the Executive Vice President of an Indonesian agribusiness group where he played a key role in integrating merged entities and transforming the combined group into an industry leader.

Upon graduating with Masters in Financial Engineering in 2000, he joined Softbank headquartered in the United States  as a Regional Associate, where he managed the joint fund between Softbank and International Finance Corporation (IFC) with the mission of bridging the global digital divide, and eventually led the setup of  its  Southeast Asia headquarter in Malaysia. In 1996, he was the first local graduate to join the Boston Consulting Group in Singapore.
