Reference is made to our announcements dated 27 January 2026 in relation to the offering of 35,000,000 European-style non-collateralised cash-settled call warrants over the ordinary shares of ZETRIX (“Existing Issue”) and 10 February 2026 in relation to the proposed further issue of up to 200,000,000 European-style non-collateralised cash-settled call warrants over the ordinary shares of ZETRIX (“Further Issue”).

The purpose of the Further Issue is to facilitate the market making process of the Existing Issue. The Further Issue will form part of the Existing Issue and the terms and conditions of the Further Issue will be identical with the Existing Issue.

The ZETRIX-CAX is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 20 May 2025 executed by us, as supplemented from time to time. The ZETRIX-CAX is subject to terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 27 May 2025, the First Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 6 October 2025, the Existing Issue Term Sheet dated 27 January 2026 and the Further Issue Term Sheet dated 25 February 2026.

The ZETRIX-CAX will be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Malaysia Securities Berhad and issued by KIBB under the Base Prospectus dated 27 May 2025 and the First Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 6 October 2025.
