The Board of Directors of OCB Berhad ("the Company") is pleased to recommend a first and final single-tier dividend of 3.5 sen per share in respect of the financial year ended 31 December 2025. The aforesaid dividend is subject to shareholders' approval at the forthcoming Sixty-Seventh Annual General Meeting of the Company.

The details of the entitlement and payment date of the aforesaid dividend will be determined and announced at a later date.
