The Board of Directors of Lysaght is pleased to announce that the Directors have on 25 February 2026 proposed a final single tier dividend of 7 sen per ordinary share in Lysaght for the financial year ended 31 December 2025. The proposed dividend is subject to the approval of shareholders of the Company at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting.
The entitlement and payment dates shall be finalised by the Company at a later date and announced in due course.
