Pursuant to Paragraph 8.23(1)(iii) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Company wishes to announce that it had provided financial assistance in the form of advances to its associate and subsidiary companies up to the fourth quarter ended 31 December 2025 as follows: -

1. On 17 October 2025, an advance of USD 43,026 (equivalent to RM 174,556 based on the exchange rate of 4.057 as at 31 December 2025) was provided to PT Asia Digital Engineering Indonesia (“ADEID”) by the Company, through its subsidiary, Asia Digital Engineering Sdn Bhd (“ADE”);
2. On 24 October 2025, 25 November 2025, 19 December 2025 and 23 December 2025, a total of advances of RM 7,694,000 was provided to Bigpay Pte. Ltd. (“BPPL”) by the Company, through its subsidiary, Move Digital Sdn Bhd (“RBV”); and
3. On 03 October 2025, an advance of USD 712,928 (equivalent to RM 2,892,348 based on the exchange rate of 4.057 as at 31 December 2025) was provided to ADE Philipines Inc. by the Company, through its subsidiary, ADE.

(Collectively, referred to as “the Financial Assistance”).

The Financial Assistance provided was in the ordinary course of business and to facilitate the running of the operations and financial affairs of ADEID, ADEPH and BPPL.

The Financial Assistance provided does not have any material effect on the earnings per share, net assets per share and gearing of the Company and its subsidiaries.
