The Company wishes to inform that on 24 February 2026 was scheduled for Case Management (CM) of Application 279 by way of e-review before the Deputy Registrar. During the CM, the Applicants’ solicitor informed the Registrar that the said CM is for the parties to be informed of Yang Arif's direction in view of the filing of the transfer application in PW745.
Today, the Registrar informed the parties that Yang Arif’s direction is for the said transfer application to be disposed of first.
The said Registrar fixed another CM (via e-review) on 17 March 2026 to update the status of the said application in PW745.
