The Board of Directors of the Company recommended a final single tier dividend of 2.8 sen per share in respect of the financial year ended 31 December 2025 ("Proposed Dividend"). The approval for the Proposed Dividend will be sought at the upcoming Annual General Meeting.

The entitlement date and payment date of the aforesaid final single tier dividend will be advised in due course.
