We wish to announce that AAX-C29 has expired at 5.00 p.m. on 26 February 2026 ("Expiry Date") and the Cash Settlement Amount shall be calculated as follows:
Cash Settlement Amount
= Number of AAX-C29 x (Closing Price - Exercise Price) x (1/Exercise Ratio)
= Number of AAX-C29 x (RM2.0120 - RM1.7377) x (1/2.4135)
= Number of AAX-C29 x RM0.1137
The Closing Price of RM2.0120 was determined based on the average closing price of the AAX Shares (subject to any adjustment as may be necessary to reflect any capitalisation, rights issue, distribution or others) for the five (5) Market Days prior to and including the Market Day immediately before the Expiry Date.
The Cash Settlement Amount, less all exercise expenses (currently borne by the Issuer and no charge shall be incurred by the Holder) shall be made by way of electronic payment or cheque within 7 Market Days from the Expiry Date. The cheques will be delivered to Holders by ordinary post.
