Cash Settlement Amount:
= Number of TIMECOM-C6 x (Closing Price - Exercise Price) x (1/Exercise Ratio)
= Number of TIMECOM-C6 x (RM6.0558 - RM4.9972) x (1/4.805)
= Number of TIMECOM-C6 x RM0.2203
The Closing Price of RM 6.0558 is the average volume-weighted average price (VWAP) of the TIMECOM Shares for the five (5) Market Days prior to and including the Market Day immediately before the Expiry Date.
The Cash Settlement Amount shall be despatched as soon as practicable and no later than seven (7) market days following the Expiry Date by way of a crossed cheque drawn in favour of the holder or by electronic transfer. Any payment made shall be delivered by ordinary post.
