(Unless otherwise stated, all abbreviations and definitions used herein shall have the same meaning as those used in the announcements dated 3 February 2026 and 23 February 2026 in relation to the Proposed Privatisation (“Announcements”)).
Reference is made to the Announcements.
On behalf of the Board, Maybank IB wishes to announce that the Board had on 26 February 2026 written to the Board of Directors of GLLM to request for an extension of time until 5.00 p.m. on 2 April 2026 for GLM to respond to GLLM with its decision on whether to table the Proposed Privatisation to the Disinterested Shareholders of GLM for their consideration and approval (“Extension of Time”).
On even date, the Board of Directors of GLLM has agreed to grant GLM the Extension of Time. Save for the Extension of Time, all other terms and conditions as stated in the Proposal Letter remain unchanged.
