The Board of Directors of ORNA had resolved to declare a single-tier final dividend of 1.5 sen per ordinary share for the financial year ended 31 December 2025.

The date of entitlement and date of payment in respect of the aforesaid proposed final dividend will be determined and announced in due course.

The single-tier final dividend of 1.5 sen per ordinary share for the financial year ended 31 December 2025, as approved by the Board of Directors of the Company, is not subject to the approval of the shareholders of the Company. The Constitution of the Company provides that the Directors may authorise a distribution at such time and in such amount as the Directors consider appropriate, if they are satisfied that the Company will be solvent immediately after the distribution is made.
