The Board of Directors of Fast Energy Holdings Berhad (“FAST” or “the Company”) wishes to announce that the Company has resolved to extend the duration of its existing ESOS, which is expiring on 30 March 2026, for another five (5) years from 31 March 2026 to 30 March 2031 in accordance with Clause 4 of the ESOS Bylaws. The Extension is not subject to the approval of any regulatory authorities or the shareholders of the Company.

All existing outstanding ESOS options granted shall therefore be exercisable up to the extended period. The notice on the extension will be served to the eligible ESOS grantees in due course.
